The tradition of judges handing down sentences so weak for animal cruelty they could practically be considered to be condoning such acts continues unabated, then. And just as previous acts of cruelty that went under-punished were used as justification for this monster's light sentence, his own sentence will probably be used in turn by the next person to kick a kitten to death, or set it on fire or run it over. Why are these sickos allowed to get away with stuff like this when it's proven that they are much more likely to go on to commit similar offences against humans? Don't Australia's judges have a problem with this? Maybe it would be different if they didn't see themselves as being so distant from the communities they supposedly serve.
That bastard only spent 5 days in jail for what he did.

I agree- that obnoxious jerk needs to be locked up asap.
Shame we cant get his details & deal out a little 'ol fashion justice' to this dickless germ. The only comfort I take is the knowledge that in jail he probably got his asshole stretched to where he now wont need paper as it wont touch the sides coming out. Also probably has a first hand, Oxford St.knowledge of the taste of sperm.
Hope he caught aids inside.
I agree. The scumbag out to be forced to change his name! I don't want the sicko piece of garbage to have mine!

Jeez you poor bugger! It's not a particularly unusual name, either... I bet there are a few Shane Moores around Australia who'd like to force this creep to change his name to 'kitten killer' or something so they don't have to be associated with him.
