Somehow it's the wife's fault.

How's this for sexist: New York Governor Elliot Spitzer is busted for being a client of an extremely high-priced call-girl ring (prostitution still being 'illegal' in most of puritanical America), and the best headline the Sydney Morning Herald can come up with refers to Spitzer's wife, who appeared by his side at a press conference:

Shamed? A guy's wife cheats on her (assuming she never gave permission) by sleeping with high-priced prostitutes, gets publicly humiliated in the media, and the wife is the one 'shamed'?

Way to go, SMH dickheads.

The poor wife by the side press conference. Made especially hilarious by the Little Britain lads.

'whereupon I fell into him.'

Gold.

How about Larry 'Wide Stance" Craig's standing by wife. Poor thing.
