One, the latest in a long line of agonising, unecessary deaths of detainees denied medical care while their cases were being heard, and the other a story of how the fucked up private health insurance system in the US forces non-wealthy people to make decisions concerning their marital status based on how it will affect their health insurance.
Both are highly recommended reads.
