Our graph got a rise out of Andrew Quah...Shortly after the Andrew 'that's not my penis' Quah scandal broke, we noticed an unprecedented (for us) spike in our traffic on Google Analytics. It lasted 2 days and then went back to normal. 'Normal' has been a bit higher of late (roughly 150 visits per day as opposed to a previous norm of ~100), which I've put down to election traffic, but Andrew Quah and his penis sent us up to almost 300. Let it not be said that Australians don't have a healthy perverted streak.
Can't say for sure whether that's the biggest load of traffic we've ever had, as we only got Google Analytics a few months after Lara Bingle's nude photo made the news- we got linked to by a fair few sites, including Fleshbot, from which we still receive regular hits... I think it's fair to say that no-one will maintain a similar interest in Andrew Quah. Thanks to our election traffic, Lara's page (the girl is worth her weight in gold, obviously) has dropped from a shameful 17-20% of all our page views to a more respectable 10%.
