Apparently it's not some sort of Swedish kink. We're thinking about getting them as an option for our potential car (depending on a lot of events happening). Do any of our readers own cars with bi-xenon lights? Are they any good? More importantly, are they worth $2000 in terms of resale value and daily use? Let us know in the comments.

I should point out to anyone thinking of offering advice that the only night driving we're likely to be doing is in the city.
Obviously I'm in the 'against' camp at present, as I don't believe there's any single extra that will net you as much in resale value as you fork out for at the beginning, and I don't see any real need for them seeing as we're highly unlikely to be undertaking night-trips outside Brisbane.
