Back in the first week of December I posted a rant about how Toowong Village shopping centre management had removed one of the two small bike racks that barely served the cyclists who shop there. They told us it would be up 'next week'.
On Saturday, over two months since the original was removed, a new bike rack has finally been put in place. But not under cover where the old one was taken- instead, it's out in the open where the bikes can be rained on, and in a favourite spot for smokers to congregate.
Toowong Village centre management, I hate you.

What's gone where it used to be?
Nothing! There's something *near* where it used to be- I think it's a little bin enclosure for Sizzler or something- nothing of any real consequence anyway...
