In the division of household cooking, one of Gam's specialties is pancakes. Gam is the pancake master.
Still, when I made a request for some buckwheat pancakes to eat with my stewed apple, I imagined something rather more simple than this pancake extravaganza. Boy was it good, though.
I managed about 3.5 of the 5 pancakes...
